Hervé Andorre is the director representing the employees appointed by the trade union "Ensemble à DS". He is the Culture & Management Vice-President of Dassault Systèmes since 2015. He had previously served as People Development Director for the Group since 2003. He was head of Human Resources for R&D and CATIA organizations between 2003 and 2008. He was recruited by Dassault Systèmes in 1998 to create the Human Resources Development department for the headquarters. He previously held engineer and human resources management functions within IBM France.
